A date is not formatted YYYY-MM-DD (e.g. 2026-09-07). Peppol rejects dates with time parts, time zones or other separators; the sender must fix cbc:IssueDate, cbc:DueDate, cbc:ActualDeliveryDate, cbc:StartDate/cbc:EndDate.
