The root element or an element uses a wrong or missing XML namespace. UBL invoices must use urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:schema:xsd:Invoice-2 (or CreditNote-2) with cac/cbc namespaces, CII uses urn:un:unece:uncefact:data:standard:CrossIndustryInvoice:100 with rsm/ram/udt/qdt; check xmlns declarations and prefixes.
