This element or attribute is not part of the Factur-X / ZUGFeRD profile the invoice declares (MINIMUM, BASIC WL or BASIC). A profile is a subset of EN 16931: anything outside it fails the profile rules even if it is valid CII. The sender must either remove it (typical: currencyID on amounts other than the tax total, a buyer address or tax registration in MINIMUM) or declare a profile that allows it in BT-24.
