XRechnung (KoSIT)Error

Peppol national rule for German parties (same requirement as XRechnung BR-DE-8): XRechnung requires the buyer city (BT-52). The sender must fill cac:PostalAddress/cbc:CityName / ram:PostalTradeAddress/ram:CityName of the buyer.
