InvoiceIn checks · validation rule

InvoiceIn checksWarning
The payment terms carry a #SKONTO# cash-discount marker whose day count or percentage is missing or is not a number, so the early-payment terms cannot be read. #SKONTO# is a German market convention written into the free-text payment terms (BT-20) — EN 16931 has no structured cash-discount element — which is why no official rule set objects to a broken marker. The sender should write it on its own line as #SKONTO#TAGE=14#PROZENT=2.00#, one line per discount tier.

This is a property of the file you received, so it cannot be corrected on your side without changing the document — ask the supplier to reissue it.

Check your own invoice

Drop the file that failed. We parse it, run the official rule sets against it and list every finding with a fix — 20 invoices per day, no key, nothing stored.
