The invoice has an invoice line (BT-151) with VAT category M (IPSI) but does not identify the taxable parties: it must contain a seller VAT identifier (BT-31), seller tax registration identifier (BT-32) or seller tax representative VAT identifier (BT-63). Fill cac:PartyTaxScheme/cbc:CompanyID / ram:SpecifiedTaxRegistration/ram:ID accordingly.
