A deliver-to address (BG-15) is given, so XRechnung requires its post code (BT-78). The sender must fill cac:DeliveryLocation/cac:Address/cbc:PostalZone / ram:ShipToTradeParty/ram:PostalTradeAddress/ram:PostcodeCode.
