EN 16931Error

An invoice line charge (BG-28) needs a reason text (BT-144) or a reason code (BT-145), or both. The sender must fill cbc:AllowanceChargeReason and/or cbc:AllowanceChargeReasonCode / ram:Reason and/or ram:ReasonCode on the line charge.
