The scheme of the deliver-to location identifier (BT-71-1) is not an ISO 6523 ICD code. Set schemeID on cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryLocation/cbc:ID / ram:ShipToTradeParty/ram:ID to e.g. 0088 (GLN) or remove the attribute.
