The scheme of the item standard identifier (BT-157-1) is not an ISO 6523 ICD code. Set schemeID on cac:StandardItemIdentification/cbc:ID / ram:SpecifiedTradeProduct/ram:GlobalID to e.g. 0160 (GTIN/EAN) or 0088 (GLN).
