A deliver-to address (BG-15) has no country code (BT-80). The sender must fill cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryLocation/cac:Address/cac:Country/cbc:IdentificationCode / ram:ShipToTradeParty/ram:PostalTradeAddress/ram:CountryID.
