Three corrections from measuring InvoiceIn against the official checkers of five countries (research/validators-2026-10). (1) Factur-X / ZUGFeRD profiles below EN 16931 — MINIMUM, BASIC WL, BASIC — are now checked against the Factur-X 1.09.2 profile Schematron (FX-SCH-* rules); until now only schema and arithmetic ran there and a file that broke its own profile came back valid. (2) XRechnung documents now carry KoSIT's scenario severity levels (Validator Configuration XRechnung 3.0.2, scenarios.xml customLevel): CII-SR-452/453/454/465/466 become errors, BR-CL-21/23 warnings, and the Extension and CVD scenarios' downgrades apply — the verdict now matches the official validator. (3) FA(3) correcting invoices (KOR): the line-sum check compares after-minus-before rows (StanPrzed) with the declared difference instead of adding both states.

EN 16931 validation artefacts 1.3.16 → 1.3.17 (CEN/ConnectingEurope release). BR-AF-* and BR-AG-* are renamed BR-IG-* (IGIC, category L) and BR-IP-* (IPSI, category M); hints renamed in all five languages. The CII artefact swaps the two names (upstream issue #533); the hint lookup swaps them back for CII only. Cross-validation against the public corpora: no new failures, one false fail gone, 18 fewer warnings.

United Arab Emirates: PINT AE Billing 1.0.4 added (OpenPeppol artefacts of 2026-07-29, shared PINT rules plus the UAE rules). Documents with CustomizationID urn:peppol:pint:billing-1@ae-1 are detected apart from Peppol BIS 3 and no longer run the EU rule sets; other PINT jurisdictions get schema and arithmetic checks only.

France: FNFE CTC-FR 1.4.0.04 transition profile (BR-FR, Flux 2; FNFE artefact of 2026-09-03) runs when seller and buyer are both established in France — 149 of its 175 rules as warnings, the 26 FNFE calls blocking as errors. The EXTENDED-CTC-FR profile is not shipped.
